Join us for an immersive workshop dedicated to exploring the mysteries of your soul through past life regression meditation. You will be led on a gentle journey into your subconscious mind where you may uncover significant memories that shape your present experiences. This can provide insights into your current life, relationships, and challenges. Led by Reiki Master and Past Life Regression teacher Michelle Chason from Namaste Spiritual Healing.
Notes/ What to Bring:
A journal or notebook for reflection.
Yoga mat and a blanket (and pillow if desired). Laying down is recommended.
